Our Story
Our story begins with dreams that finally took tangible shape. As a couple with two children, we decided to move to Spain, a country full of sunshine and new opportunities. With excitement, we packed up our lives, ready for an adventure that would transform our daily routine. However, from the very first days, it became clear that not everything would go according to plan.
We remember the first week after arriving particularly well – our trusty car, which was supposed to be our mobile home, unexpectedly broke down. Finding a reliable mechanic in a foreign country, where the language and customs were entirely different, became a huge challenge. Every minute spent waiting for help increased our frustration, and the stress of starting a new life deepened our uncertainty about the next steps.
More difficulties soon followed – minor issues in our rented apartment turned into serious problems, and trying to find specialists for small repairs or everyday services felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. The internet was full of offers, but none gave us confidence that we’d find someone who truly understood our needs.
Our Mission
Despite these challenges, we didn’t give up. We realized how vital the support of a local community, familiar with the specifics of life in Spain, is in such moments. This sparked the idea of creating a platform to help others taking their first steps in this country. Our goal became to build a place where anyone in need of assistance could find reliable help – from airport transfers to vetted mechanical services or trusted specialists for minor home repairs.
